Cherished 20th Century masterworks can be revived through preservation as Heritage Landscapes has demonstrated at important Modernist works. Detailed study of: Frank Lloyd Wright's Graycliff and Tirranna; Simonds and Simonds' Mellon Square; Fletcher Steele's Camden Amphitheatre; Louis I. Kahn's Bath House and Day Camp; and Russel Wright's Manitoga; and other works of these masters has revealed Modern aesthetics and functionalities that form a foundation for focused, site specific preservation.

For M<ellon Sqaure the restoration, new terrrace and storefront design spurred adjacent investments. At Camden Garden Amphitheatre, designed by Fletcher Steele, master landscape architect, our process of research, inventory, community engagement, planning and implementation projects has restored original details of this green heart of Camden. Award winning planning and construction, in collaboration with M+S Architecture, has restored the Kahn Bathhouse, Pool and Daycamp landscapes, and created a new community green, inspired by Kahn's unrealized sketches, creating a compatible setting for this iconic site.
